Quasimodo has lived in Paris for most of his life. Unlucky in love, unlucky in parents, but lucky in friendship he has come to Adelaide to start afresh and find new friends. He has moved in with the bells at St Peter's cathedral, and spends six days a week tending and cleaning the newly named bells. However he has one day off a week to go exploring the city of Adelaide.
